ワシントン州シアトルの拠点との最初の国際コラボレーションとなります。

ジョシュはシアトル出身で、ショアウッド高校とワシントン州立大学の卒業生です。大学を卒業する際、彼はWSUの歴史上、リバウンドとダブルダブルの記録保持者となりました。そこから彼は2017年にプロとして日本でのプレーを始め、現在は東京のサンロッカーズ渋谷でスターティングセンターとして活躍しています。また、2023年のFIBAバスケットボールワールドカップでは日本代表として競技にも出場しました。

彼のアメリカンスタイルの朝食への愛情からインスピレーションを受けて、「オールデイブレックファストバーガー」を作りました。クォーターパウンドのグラスフェッド入りビーフパティ、ドライエイジベーコン、チェダーチーズ、リルウッディのフライソース、フライドエッグ、マヨネーズ、リルウッディのバンズで構成されています。

彼の「オールデイブレックファスト」バーガーは、東京の渋谷、およびジョシュの故郷であるシアトルの3店舗で提供されます！

Today marks our first international collaboration with our Tokyo, Japan location and we couldn’t be more excited!

This week we collaborated with Seattle-born Japanese professional basketball player for the Sun Rockers Shibuya – Josh Hawkinson!

Josh is a native Seattleite and an alumnus of Shorewood High School and Washington State University.  He finished college as WSU’s all-time leader in rebounds and double-doubles. From there he began playing professionally for Japan in 2017 and is currently the starting center for SunRockers Shibuya in Tokyo. He also represented Japan on their national team competing in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Inspired by his love for an American breakfast – his “All Day Breakfast Burger”  is 1/4 lb. grass fed beef patty, Bacon, Tillamook Cheddar cheese, Lil Woody’s Fry Sauce, Fried Egg, Lil Woody’s Bun.

His “All Day Breakfast” burger is available at our Shibuya location in Tokyo, as well as our 3 locations here in Josh’s hometown of Seattle!
